## 1. 서비스 개요
VerbaNow (이하 "서비스")는 실시간 음성 전사, 번역, AI 답변 추천 및 회의록 생성 기능을 제공하는 SaaS 제품입니다. 본 약관은 이용자와 서비스 제공자 사이의 권리와 의무를 규정합니다.
## 2. 계정 및 가입
- 서비스는 Google 로그인을 통해 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 본인의 계정을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.
- 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 공유하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
## 3. 서비스 이용
- 이용자는 서비스를 합법적인 목적으로만 이용해야 합니다.
- 회의 참여자의 동의 없이 녹음·전사하는 행위는 해당 지역 법률에 따라 이용자 본인의 책임입니다.
- 서비스를 악용하여 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
## 4. 크레딧 및 결제
- 무료 체험 크레딧과 유료 구독/충전 크레딧을 제공합니다.
- 무료 크레딧은 월 단위로 재충전되며 이월되지 않습니다.
- 구매한 크레딧의 환불 및 만료 정책은 별도 안내에 따릅니다.
- 광고 시청으로 추가 크레딧을 적립할 수 있으며, 일일 최대 적립량 제한이 있습니다 (일 30회, 광고 간 최소 쿨다운 30초). 재설치 등으로 우회 시 AdMob 정책 위반으로 계정 제한을 받을 수 있습니다.
## 5. 콘텐츠 및 지적재산권
- 이용자가 업로드·생성한 음성, 전사, 요약 등은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
- 서비스 제공을 위해 업로드된 콘텐츠를 일시적으로 처리·저장할 수 있습니다.
- 서비스의 UI, 코드, 브랜드, 로고 등은 서비스 제공자에게 귀속됩니다.
## 6. 서비스 변경 및 중단
- 기능 개선이나 운영상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경할 수 있습니다.
- 사전 공지 후 서비스를 일시 중단하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
- 긴급한 경우 사전 공지 없이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
## 7. 면책 및 책임 제한
- AI 기반 전사·번역·요약은 완벽하지 않을 수 있으며, 중요한 결정에는 반드시 원문을 확인해주세요.
- 서비스 장애, 네트워크 문제 등 간접 손해에 대해 책임을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 약관 위반으로 발생한 손해는 이용자 본인에게 책임이 있습니다.
## 8. 계정 해지 및 데이터 삭제
- 설정 메뉴에서 로그아웃 및 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제 후에도 법적 보존 의무에 따라 일부 로그는 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
## 9. 약관의 변경
본 약관은 서비스 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱·웹에서 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

## 1. Service Overview
VerbaNow ("the Service") provides real-time voice transcription, translation, AI reply suggestions, and meeting minutes generation. These Terms govern the relationship between users and the Service provider.
## 2. Accounts
- Sign up via Google OAuth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Sharing or using another person's account is prohibited.
## 3. Acceptable Use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
- Recording or transcribing meetings without participant consent is your sole responsibility under applicable law.
- Abuse of the Service to infringe on others' rights or disrupt operations is prohibited.
## 4. Credits & Payments
- Free trial credits and paid subscription/top-up credits are offered.
- Free credits reset monthly and do not carry over.
- Refund and expiration policies for purchased credits follow separate notices.
- Watching ads may earn additional credits, subject to a daily cap (up to 30 ads per day, minimum 30-second cooldown between ads). Bypassing the cap (e.g., reinstalling) may violate AdMob policy and result in account restrictions.
## 5. Content & Intellectual Property
- Content uploaded or generated by users (audio, transcripts, summaries) belongs to the user.
- Uploaded content may be temporarily processed and stored to provide the Service.
- The Service's UI, code, brand, and logos belong to the Service provider.
## 6. Service Changes & Suspension
- Features may be modified for improvement or operational reasons.
- The Service may be temporarily suspended or terminated with prior notice.
- In urgent cases, suspension may occur without prior notice.
## 7. Liability
- AI-based transcription, translation, and summarization may contain errors. Verify critical information against the original source.
- Liability for indirect damages caused by service outages, network issues, etc. may be limited.
- Damages caused by violations of these Terms are the user's responsibility.
## 8. Account Termination & Data Deletion
- You may log out and request account deletion from the Settings menu.
- After account deletion, certain logs may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal obligations.
## 9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as service policies change. Updates will be announced in the app and on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
